I’m glad you’re here! Having worked in the corporate environment for 25+ years, and having raised a family with 3 boys at the same time, I get it. I’ve lived the challenges of work deadlines, quotas, travel schedules, school carpools, planning evening dinners and the self-imposed expectations that everything should be perfect! It brought me to a burnout. I experienced scary symptoms that I thought were physical… turns out it was my nervous system talking to me! I delved deep, studied yoga and therapeutic yoga for anxiety (they're not the same!) in order to find ways to not only live with my anxiety, but to thrive while *it* lives quietly in the background. I’ve found yogic tools to calm my nervous system and my specialty is helping you deal with symptoms of your anxiety. While we calm the mind and bring ease into the physical body, you’ll feel your energy shift. I’m looking forward to sharing these practices with you. Once again, a warm welcome ♥ Dorit
