My goal is to guide and nurture your personal practice I offer private individual and group/corporate classes raising awareness of proper yoga alignment as well as lifting your personal self-esteem and self-awareness Also I am happy to substitute at your studio as well as offer on-line practices including Yoga Nidra In addition to my teacher certification at YogaWorks - Valencia California with Dani Ibarra Risa Ross-Albertson I hold additional training certifications: Yoga Remedy with Dani Ibarra and Yoga vs Osteoporosis Certification from Dr Loren Fishman MD I am a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS Humor traveling art the outdoors family and mentoring are all important aspects of my life--I use yoga as a catalyst to maintain balance and stay well.
