West-East Yoga is the first Yoga School en St.
Louis metropolitan area. Founded in 1997 with the help of Saint Louis University WE got the registration with Yoga Alliance in 2002. WE focus in tradition with the modern style. WE work with partners that operate in the UNAM Nicaragua University; University of Sonora (Mexico); City of Shrewsbury Parks & Recreation; LOGAN UNIVERSITY and A.U.M. International Cultural Association. Our purpose is to bring the best teachings of the ancient tradition and form living example leaders in the communities.
