I am a Certified Baptiste Yoga Instructor.
I began practicing in 2011 and eventually my love for the practice led me to complete a 200-hr teacher training in 2012. I later discovered the transformative powers of Baptiste Yoga and knew I wanted to share this practice with others. It is my greatest honour to teach this practice and to serve others in discovering the power and possibilities in their own lives. Through the power of the methodology I am at cause for creating more bold and powerful leaders and leaving a legacy of service, connection and empowerment.
