My mother initiated me as a Torch Bearer Rosicrucian, we would meditate and do many lectures and study about mystical and enlighten aspects of life. I learned Sampoorna Yoga, From Shri Yogui Hari and Shri Leela Mataji... This is the Linage of Swami Sivananda and Vishnudevananda. Its a wonderful, fulfilling Yoga that nurtures all aspects of the human being, the physical, astral and casual body. It is not overwhelming yourself, its gentle and at the same time you are getting stronger and healthier. The real purpose of Yoga is to become healthy enough to be able to sit still and meditate. I Have been offering my classes and Teacher's training courses in the United States and in Puerto Rico... I offer my TTC at least two times a year since 2006.
