In addition she completed the YogaFit for Warriors 100 Hour Trauma Sensitive Yoga Program(2016). Elaine has been certified by CanFitPro as a Fitness Instructor Specialist (FIS) since 2010 and completed the CanFitPro Active Aging Certificate in 2016.
