Elaine was first introduced to yoga in and instantly fell in love with its ability to calm the mind as well as increase physical fitness While living in Southern California she practiced Iyengar yoga for years and admired its attention to detail and alignment which she brings to her teaching today Upon moving to Washington State she found a new love with Baptiste yoga which was her preferred practice for years Elaines main focus is on proper alignment breath control and mindfulness - on and off the mat She enjoys teaching Hatha and slow-flow style classes however her true passion is with Yin yoga and mindfulness meditation.
