I am a sound therapist, mantras singer, Yoga Practitioner E-RYT 200 Yoga Alliance US since 2018.🎓Creator of the therapeutic direction Body Voice Healing. I defended my dissertation on the author's therapeutic method "Body-Voice Therapy," at the Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis. I have conducted many events in Europe and online, teaching mainly in Russian language.
