She is a senior Sivananda Yoga Teacher who teaches yoga workshops and teacher trainings at Ashram yoga centres and Wellness Conferences across North America and in the Caribbean, specializing in Yin, Restorative, Therapeutic, and Hatha Yoga.Nora is also a Sound healer, Theta Healer and Reiki Master and graduated with a diploma in Homeopathy.
