Nora's ability to guide yoga students through energetic shifts during challenging practices leaves students feeling rejuvenated, empowered, and profoundly peaceful. Her extensive knowledge and ability to communicate information with ease guide students safely through yogic postures and practices and inspire students and teachers to keep learning and sharing the wisdom found in yoga.Nora teaches a 200-hr Yoga teacher training to certify new yoga teachers as well as continuing education trainings such as Yin Yoga, Restorative yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Corporate yoga, and more. She is a senior Sivananda Yoga Teacher who teaches yoga workshops and teacher trainings at Ashram yoga centres and Wellness Conferences across North America and in the Caribbean, specializing in Yin, Restorative, Therapeutic, and Hatha Yoga.Nora is also a Sound healer, Theta Healer and Reiki Master and graduated with a diploma in Homeopathy. She integrates this extensive knowledge of healing and energy work in her classes, workshops, and trainings.
