About
Lisa is a 500-hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT), fully certified Yoga Therapist, Qigong Instructor, Nutritionist and Author.
She has been a yoga practitioner for over 30 years and a Yoga Teacher since 2003. She has studied with many teachers and traditions and has been particularly influenced by Erich Schiffmann, Donna Farhi and the principles of Daoism. Lisa’s primary focus is compassion, accepting the body and mind as we find it on the day, sensing and feeling within, and creating a practice that is kind and nourishing for oneself. Lisa works with individual clients and small groups in San Francisco, Adelaide, Australia and online. She is the creator of several online programs including ”The Change”, a unique course for women transitioning towards, through and beyond the menopause and “Yoga for Healthy Bones’” a 6-week program incorporating yoga, qigong, nutrition and mindset to help women achieve their optimum bone health naturally.
