About
Yoga found Beth in 2016 and it became a daily ritual and lifeline.
While she was going through her own challenges, yoga became an important part of Beth’s personal growth and mental health. She decided to share this beautiful gift with everyone and the stars aligned, and she enrolled in 360 studios Naperville 200 hour yoga teacher training program. Since then Beth has completed more certifications and now is a RYT-500 and RCYT (certified children’s yoga teacher), Yoga Nidra and Sound Meditation Practitioner, and a trauma informed yoga facilitator. She has not stopped there and is on her way to becoming a Certified Yoga Therapist with Purusha Holistic Yoga Therapy School in June of 2023. Beth’s passion for yoga and mindfulness now expands beyond working with adults and her work with children and adolescents is something she is deeply aligned with. Beth brings a soft and calming energy with the intention of cultivating inner peace to every class she walks into. As a teacher Beth’s main goal is to give each student the same experience yoga has brought her…to be calm and to be still.
