My life's work is a living practice - rooted in experience, refined through motherhood, and devoted to restoring women's connection to their bodies, intuition, and one another.I don't just teach this work - I live it.What I share is shaped by the thresholds I've walked through myself: birth, loss, healing, caregiving, and ongoing becoming that comes with raising children into their teen years.For nearly two decades, I've guided women through dance, Reiki, yoga, womb circles, Ayurvedic and homeopathic medicines, and childbirth and postpartum support.
These modalities (including some not named here) have become the language through which I help women remember what it means to live in alignment - to bridge the sacred and the everyday.We are here to live life on Earth. I believe when we tend to ourselves, our loved ones, and hour homes is not separate from the changing the world - it is how we change the world. There's no need to wait for change to come.
