Elise (she/her) completed her 500hr teacher certification through Kripalu School of Yoga and is continuing on the path to Yoga Therapist with the Kripalu School of Integrative Yoga Therapy.
Currently, she practices as an Advanced Teacher of Yoga Therapeutics in her sweet and serene space at The Mill at Tariffville (CT). By trade, Elise is a holistic health and lifestyle coach and generously weaves in this skill set to bolster the changes that bubble from her work with clients in yoga therapeutics. Along the way, coaching conversation is skillfully used to get to the root of changes in lifestyle that will support the changes that result from this work. Her practice is deeply meditative and honors the phases of the lunar cycle, wisdom of nature and rhythm of the seasons. Elise’s teaching style emphasizes anatomy and safe alignment, cultivating deep body awareness to elevate the inner experience. Kripalu yoga, in particular, places emphasis on observation with self compassion as we join together the inner journey with the physical body, embodying what success in life means to each of us individually.
