She has over 2,500 hours of teaching experience and is a Yoga Alliance Certified Education Provider (YACEP). Elise is the lead trainer for yoga workshops under Dragonfly Yoga at various local studios including Pure Serenity Wellness Studio in Downtown Hastings, MN. Elise's teaching experience includes: Hatha-Vinyasa, Men's Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, Circuit / Yoga Blast, Hot Yoga, Yin-Flow Yoga Intermediate Yoga and Power Yoga. Her non-yoga classes include Tibata, Mat Pilates, Fusion, Barre and HIIT. She has a passion for yoga philosophy, anatomy, meditation, pranayama, chakra balancing and Ayurveda to complete the wellness package for her students. Elise is a former studio owner and lead trainer for 200-hour Registered Yoga School from 2019-2023. She continued doing training workshops and weekend workshops training teachers in Yoga Sculpt, Barre and Restorative. She has been a guest teacher at studios and has lead workshops in Yin, Restorative, Chakra and Meditation & Pranayama.
