Elizabeths classes are sparked from feelings and experiences in life: full of energy peace and balance She teaches hot yoga classes focusing guidance of breath alignment and encouragement of inner strength Students in her classes feel calm full of energy youthful and centered They find a new balance to help guide them throughout their days Elizabeth guides her students to love themselves feel strong where ever they are in life letting their hearts be full of warmth and light Elizabeth is from Holyoke Massachusetts is married and has two kids and three dogs She has a bachelor of arts in business management The most important parts of her life are spent either with her amazing family cooking or exercising She has an associates degree in culinary arts from the Art institute Liz began practicing yoga in and she loved it so much she wanted to do something bigger with it So she finished teacher training in August and she couldnt be more pleased for the opportunity to teach classes at Yoga One.
