Elizabeth was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, where she developed a deep appreciation for art, culture, and the power of connecting with others.
It was during her time as a student at Texas Christian University that she discovered her true passion for yoga and its transformative effects in children, teens, & adults. Beyond her personal practice, Elizabeth is a dedicated advocate for the awareness and destigmatization of mental health and suicide. Through her work, Elizabeth strives to create spaces where children and adults feel supported, nurtured, and empowered to prioritize their psychological well-being. Elizabeth obtained her 200HR, RYT in 2023 at The Yoga Project School of Yoga in Denton, Texas, where she trained under Stacy & Dave Dockins using the Embodied Posture Method of yoga. Her 95HR, RCYT was obtained in 2024 from The Do Good Movement. She currently serves as a children's yoga instructor for Yogi Squad, a nonprofit organization, as well as a studio and private yoga instructor at Ridglea Country Club. She is also the owner of The Happy Hour Yogi, where she provides private yoga parties and sessions for all ages throughout the DFW Metroplex.
