Liz is a RYT-500 who fell in love with yoga over a decade ago.
In that time, she has relieved pain and misalignments from years of sports and injuries, and has found peace and joy in her physical and mental practice. She completed both her 200 and 300 hour certifications with her long-time teacher Karen Rider, of Be Shri Yoga, in May 2014 and June 2018, respectively. Liz’s students can expect inversions, arm balances, and breathing techniques within a steady flow, and her multi-layered sequences offer modifications and enhancements for every level. She believes in challenging her students with empowering sequences and keeps it engaging with fun playlists and lots of laughs along the way. When she’s not on her mat, she enjoys music, skiing, scuba diving, cooking, traveling, and the beach. She offers gratitude to the many amazing teachers she has studied with and looks forward to helping others discover the joy of yoga!
