Since 2003, I’ve taught classes to groups, individuals, and aspiring yoga teachers.
I’m a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher E-RYT® 500 and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider® (YACEP®). I’m inspired by those who explore and teach in the related fields of biomechanics, deep tissue release, and strength education, and my instruction reflects this inspiration. The classes I offer build students’ capacities to trust their own innate intelligence, which is alive in the body, breath, and mind. I'm grateful for all that I've learned, consciously, and accidentally. I teach public classes at Seattle Yoga Arts and via Zoom.
