Welcome to Open Heart Yoga where all bodies are welcome and encouraged! In person classes are available at the Gatlinburg Community Center in the gorgeous Smoky Mountains of Gatlinburg Tennessee USA Private classes are also available upon request About Me: Hi Im Elizabeth a former biologist turned stay-at-mom who lives for yoga travel and the outdoors! After practicing yoga off and on because "life" for years I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to study to become an instructor I completed my Hours Yoga Teacher Training at The Association for Yoga and Meditation AYM in Rishikesh India in July In May I created Open Heart Yoga to reach more folk in my community to spread the idea of a more accepting and all-accessible yoga practice I am currently taking courses to become certified in Childrens Yoga and hope to expand my offerings soon Come and learn with me as I grow and share the love that is Open Heart Yoga! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Elizabeth Black Open Heart Yoga LLC is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS.
