She founded and hosts a Sound Alchemy Certification Course in Breckenridge, Colorado and also leads Yin Yoga Trainings and International Women's Retreats. EJ specializes in Yin Yoga, Hatha, Sacred Breathwork, Sound Healing and Yoga Nidra. , To her, these ancient tools (Breathwork, Sound, and Yoga) serve as profound medicine that help us return to our inquisitive, joyful, natural Self.
