Beth's books are available in paperback on Amazon and in pdf format at LifespanYoga.com. Her books focus on gentle yoga, chair yoga, kids’ yoga, the 8 limbs of yoga and nonviolence with stories from the way back time machine when Beth lived in 3 different yoga centers. Pictures of each book cover are posted here in the photo gallery. Her professional work experience is a unique blend of organizational management, evaluation, research and teaching. Beth has been involved in education (teaching or management) at all levels; nursery to undergraduate and adult students. She holds a Master of Science from Cornell University and a Master of Arts in Psychology. Research was focused on Training, Parenting, Stress and Lifespan Development. She presented her quantitative research study at the Society for Research in Child Development Biennial meeting in April 2009. She taught General Psychology and Research Methods Lab (including basic statistics and SPSS) at the university level. At Cornell, she was a teaching assistant for undergraduate health care courses. (All these experiences roll out on the mat when I teach. I have been influenced by many Masters of Yoga, masters of academia, masters of health care, masters of service. Lifespan Yoga is the way I put it all together for people at every age and every stage. And for all my students who are suffering, disabled and in constant pain, I hope this gentle yoga can ease the suffering.) Online courses are found on the website www.LifespanYoga.com. Beth dabbles in acrylic painting, and you will see art in some of her books and courses making them much more colorful! See more about Beth's books, fully online courses, workshops and teaching at www.LifespanYoga.com.
