She completed her 200 hour teacher training at Yoga Bird Studio in Fort Myers, FL in May 2017 and became certified as a Ayurveda Yoga Specialist through the Himalayan Institute in February 2018. Betty currently teaches yoga in Bonita Springs, FL at Joyful Yoga Studio and Spa, the Bonita Bay Community Association, and privately to individuals and groups.
