Under the guidance of many wonderful highly-experienced teachers through the years I have enjoyed delving into these reflective energetic aspects of the practice Once I allowed myself to pay attention to the feel of things I could let my intuition guide me - knowing when to push myself and when to back off when to be proud and when to be humble when to be strong and when to be vulnerable These are the gifts yoga has given me and I want to share with my students I teach a varied but structured class to build strength and stamina while fostering flexibility and fluidity Always through the linking of breath to movement I nurture the mind/body connection to facilitate clarity of mind awareness of self and the enjoyment of living in the present moment I continue my studies through practice workshops teacher trainings and reading Elizabeth is an ERYT RYT and a RPYT Registered Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga Teacher as well as Co-Owner of Yoga Secrets in Kennett Square PA.
