Elizabeth is the creator and author of the Kids Super Journal and Teen Super Journal, mindfulness-based activity books that empower kids and teens to self-manage emotional and physical wellness with the evidence-based tools of mindful breath work, body movement and journaling.
She also creates and hosts the Kids Super Journal Podcast. Elizabeth has extensive training in children’s yoga, therapeutic and trauma informed yoga, meditation, and pre-natal yoga. She teaches toddlers to teens and adults of all abilities. You can find Elizabeth teaching Western, Massachusetts, Berkshire County. Elizabeth is the author/co-author of eight books for and about children, including contributing author to four parenting books. After decades in Boston, she recently relocated to the Berkshires where she started her Super Journal business. She holds a MS in Broadcast Journalism and BA in English.
