In addition, Elizabeth is a Licensed Physical Therapist (20 years), former Tai Chi for Arthritis Instructor - Level 2, and former Certified Senior Strength Trainer. Elizabeth founded ATX (www.atxworx.com) which is a form of Active Relaxation integrating the best practices of Physical Therapy, Yoga, Breathwork, Mediation, and Tai Chi to foster a state of reduced stress, improved mobility/ flexibility, decreased pain, improved sleep and digestion, and an overall improvement in quality of life. ATX can be done by anyone of any age and any fitness ability ( kids to older adults). ATX integrates western and eastern practices to deliver health and wellness for those with musculoskeletal disorders ( low back pain, arthritis, etc), neuro- degenerative disorders ( Parkinson's Disease, Stroke, MS, etc), health conditions (heart health, respiratory conditions, diabetes, etc) as well as emotional/mental conditions ( depression, panic attacks, dementia/Alzheimer's, etc).
