Elizabeth began studying and practicing Yoga in in Memphis TN After moving to Elizabethtown KY she continued her practice with Cheryl Bennett who introduced her to Yoga East located in Louisville KY There she met her teacher Laura Spaulding and the practice of Ashtanga Yoga Through classes at Yoga East and traveling to study with master teachers including David Swenson Tias Little Richard Freeman Francois Raoult and Doug Keller she completed her RYT in and her RYT in Elizabeth has taught Yoga to children adults and seniors in Elizabethtown for over years She tailors her class to the participants paying attention to individual capability The classes blend the best of the major yoga systems to provide a class that is safe creative and joyful In she obtained an Associate Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant which adds to her ability to help people find safe alignment based ways to practice yoga.
