Elizabeth Murray-Merchant is a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Elizabeth completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in the fall of 2017. She has experience teaching Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, slow flow, chair, and children's yoga styles to a variety of yogis and dedicates much of her teaching time to sharing this practice with at-risk populations through community outreach programs in addition to more conventional studio classes. Elizabeth also completed her 100-hour certification as a Restorative Instructor with Mary Aranas at Pure Yoga NYC in September of 2018, and her 25-hour Yoga Nidra training in June of 2019. She is also a certified Reiki Master.
