I first found yoga in 2011 while in search of a healthy and Spiritual life style.
Ever since then I have practiced several styles of yoga including Bikram, Ashtanga and Vinyasa. Through Vinyasa both my love and connection to yoga grew. I truly believe that yoga has the power to transform one’s life from the inside out. I received my 200 RYT certification in Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga from Urban Bliss School of Yoga. I also have my Reiki level 1 certification. Yoga has been a positive spiritual and physical presence in my life, one that I want to share. I believe a student who is ready for the experience can be totally transformed. And in my class will gain inner strength and peace while challenging the body.
