Lizzie Pereira

She studied at the Elemental Yoga School in Bali where she dove deep into how each element (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space) make up the energies within our bodies as well as in our environment. Harmoniously aligning Hatha yoga asana with the magnetic potency of nature, her classes aim at nurturing the body while reaffirming our connection to the Elements and our true nature. Lizzie’s playful and ethereal nature translates in her classes, while delivering an authentic experience designed to get people fully present in their bodies. She also incorporates mantra and music through her harmonium studies to further enhance the well-rounded experience. To Lizzie yoga is a continuous expansion and exploration of the self. She seeds to help others feel fully embodied in themselves through graceful movement and joyful connection.
