She has been leading and supporting retreats & workshops since 2003, and facilitating yoga teacher trainings since 2014. Elizabeth has a unique background, including railroad conductor, backcountry ranger and international rock climber. She is an Advanced Soma Structural Integration bodyworker and weaves together her deep knowledge of anatomy and functional movement into her Tantra Hatha LYT® classes. Elizabeth is fun, funny, and a joy to be around. She shares her playful light generously and nourishes students from the inside out. Her wisdom & embodiment is a gift to the yoga community.
