About
Elizabeth welcomes all bodies and backgrounds to experience the life-giving benefits of prenatal yoga for mom and baby.
Elizabeth began teaching prenatal yoga while she herself was pregnant. She witnessed firsthand how yoga helped her navigate the many new experiences of caring for her changing body as her little one grew inside her. Elizabeth teaches with an open mind and heart, fostering a supportive environment that invites curiosity and self-reflection. Elizabeth was touched by the healing and restorative gifts of yoga and has since had a passion to hold space for others to embrace their own yoga journey. She guides individuals to explore a deeper connection within and in turn grow their connection with others. Elizabeth completed her 200-hour teacher training at Bloom Yoga Studio in 2024 and is a registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance. Off her mat, Elizabeth enjoys remote camping trips with friends and family, summer dinners from the garden, and biking along the lakefront.
