Lizzie Lasater researches the pleasure of deceleration through teaching Restorative yoga workshops and retreats.
Trained as an Architect at Columbia University in New York City, her design practice includes producing digital yoga and creating a line of 3D-printed spirit necklaces. She sometimes jokes that yoga runs in the family her Mom, Judith Hanson Lasater, co-founded Yoga Journal Magazine and has been teaching since 1971.
