Liz began practicing yoga in 1999 as a mother of young children looking to find balance.
As she continued, her practice became a sanctuary to return to for confidence, clarity, and a sense of inner peace and well-being. A registered nurse interested in a holistic approach to health, Liz is hoping to help others find refuge, resilience and wellness through their own practice. Beyond the mat Liz is a proud mother of four, often found traveling with her husband and kids seeking out the perfect cup of coffee along the way. She is honored to share the practice that has carried her, and to hold space for others as they listen inward and walk their own path towards healing and wholeness. Liz West is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
