She also teaches private hatha yoga sessions in southeast Michigan and online. Adelay Elizabeth is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) who earned certification from Léah Purugganan-Slagenwhite's Starseed Wisdom Yoga. Adelays yoga journey began seventeen years ago, when a friend recommended ashtanga yoga for self-healing, endurance-building, and practicing mindful presence. Adelay practiced yoga for five years in Gyeonggi and Gyeongnam, South Korea, and she earned her yoga teaching qualifications in Canton, Michigan, and Tampa, Florida. Besides teaching yoga Adelay also teaches college writing.
