Liz Young came to yoga as a means to physically recover from running Soon she fell in love with the practice and wanted to learn all she could Liz was inspired by yoga teachers who recognized that each body is different and that we are all capable of amazing things Liz believes consistent practice and incorporating lifelong learning are the keys to getting the greatest benefit out of a yoga practice An opportunity for yoga teacher training arose and Liz took that chance to deepen her own physical and spiritual practice For Liz yoga started out as a coping mechanism for physical pain but it turned into friendships community encouragement and a way of life Liz loves to compose complex flows that challenge students balance strength and flexibility both physically and emotionally In Liz completed her -hour Yoga Teacher Training at Tribal Yoga in Hampton VA Liz Young is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance.
