I am an RYT-500 and have been teaching yoga for 10 years, fitness for 15.
I have a background as a nurse practitioner. I enjoy bringing yoga to all people of any background and experience. I truly believe in the power of yoga to make people feel better, both in their bodies and within their minds. I teach locally near Westwood, MA, and also online.
