Ellyn completed her first 200hr Teacher Training at New York Yoga and then an additional 500 hours of Advanced Teacher Training with Rodney Yee and Coleen Saidman Yee through Yoga Shanti.
She trained with and now co-teaches the Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training with Deb Flashenberg at the Prenatal Yoga Center in NYC. She is both a Body Ready Method Pro and Cohort Group Leader, studied Pelvic Floor Yoga and Yoga for Menopause with Leslie Howard, Female Health Yoga and Myofascial Release for Pregnancy with Yoga Medicine, and serves as the Elder Population Wellness Instructor for Exhale to Inhale. Ellyn brings over thirty years of experience as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, Labor & Delivery Nurse and Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator to her offerings. In addition, she is NASM Certified as a Women's Fitness Specialist and teaches Pilates/Core both privately and at Harlem Yoga Studio in NYC.
