Elyse teaches in Addison, Maine in the community Adult Education program and outdoors at Acadia Nat Park. She guides participants at Schoodic Section near Winter Harbor. She offers personally designed instruction for families, partners, individuals and special celebrations. She offers yoga for fund-raising as well. Her philosophy is "Everybody can do yoga!". Elyse has been trained as a Y12SR (yoga for addiction recovery) teacher with Nikki Meyers, hosted by Yoga International Elyse has completed coursework in Yoga for Seniors and people with limited mobility/Chair yoga techniques through Shiva Shakti Yoga School. She has completed Basic CPR and is a Level 1 US Masters Swim Coach. Elyse has been fingerprinted and cleared a safe background check as a Professional Educator in the State of Maine (current). She is a licensed educator in special education.
