Yoga has been a grounding force in my life, and teaching allows me to share that same sense of peace, clarity, and presence with others.With three years of teaching experience, my classes blend intuitive movement, breath-led flow, and intentional sequencing designed to help students feel more connected and centered. I love guiding people into a deeper awareness of their bodies and their energy, creating a space where they can move, breathe, and reset. My intention is always to help students leave class feeling lighter, grounded, and more aligned within themselves.
