Emily’s mission is to bring accessibility, empowerment, and inclusivity into the classroom so all students see welcome and seen. A Registered Nurse and yoga practitioner for over a decade, Emily integrates the challenges of the modern world with the ancient teachings of yoga. She believes life is a joyous occasion that is meant to be celebrated. She holds a special certification to teach chair yoga and loves teaching chair yoga, beginner’s and restorative classes. She teaches in the Ohio Valley and online.
