I am a -hour E-RYT and the owner of Happily Ever Yoga HEY in Harpers Point Montgomery Ohio where I teach and lead a variety of yoga classes As a certified Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider YACEP® I am passionate about creating a welcoming space for students of all levels to explore movement breath and personal growth I hold certifications in Power Yoga Yoga Sculpt Yin Yoga Kids Yoga and Grief-Informed Yoga among others My studio offers diverse classes including heated and non-heated formats as well as aerial yoga and CEU workshops to support yoga teachers in expanding their knowledge and skills With a focus on music-driven yoga creative sequencing and community-building I aim to help students feel strong grounded and inspired in their practice.
