Emmie is an artist, writer and dedicated Yogi interested in the relationship between freedom and creativity.
Since 2017 she has practiced various styles of Yoga but landed at Integral in 2024 where she received her 200-hour Hatha Level 1 training. As a vessel for these ancient teachings, she hopes to guide students toward their centers of peace and offer them the tools to cultivate deeper kinder and more liberated relationships with themselves. Her Sanskrit name Muktidevī, given to her by her teachers Jayadevī and Śrī, means the goddess of liberation; she who leads to realization of the true self. She strives to live up to this name as a yoga teacher and a student of life.
