Dr. Emily Goodwin

Emily Goodwin is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) and Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She holds a doctorate in occupational therapy and Reiki Master certification and weaves her knowledge of the physical and energetic bodies in with her classes and workshop sessions. She is passionate about accessibility and inclusivity and strives to create an environment in her classes that promotes empowerment and self-actualization.
