Emily Nguyen is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a Yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS She completed her comprehensive Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Orange Coast College in May Her training was based on the Krishnamacharya Yoga lineage She teaches posture variations breathing techniques meditation Yoga theory and to those in different stages of life Her formal yoga training in combination with her Bachelors Degree in Public Health with a Concentration in Community Health Sciences has given her a very holistic deep understanding and appreciation of Yoga as a lifestyle and positive influence on ones well-being Nguyen leads sessions with accessibility in mind firmly standing by the statement that "yoga is for everybody and every body" As a yoga instructor she prioritizes safety connection and play for her students Sharing the beauty of yoga with others is one of her great joys in life; this is reaffirmed with every class she teaches.
