Emily is also the Executive Director of Cassia Collective, a startup nonprofit focused on women's health and wellness. She is currently the Head of Movement for Upswell Studio in Denver, Colorado. She has taught vinyasa, restorative, and perinatal yoga classes in Minnesota, Iowa, and Colorado and is dedicated to providing students with an opportunity to rediscover their inner power through breath and movement. Emily's classes focus on empowerment, self awareness, and play. Emily has also led multiple yoga teacher trainings in Minnesota and Iowa.
