Whenever finding herself in the seat of a teacher, the Bhakti path of devotion and service guides her. Known as a vibrant, joy-filled teacher, Emma offers up an energy that is truly contagious. She will remind you that lightness is found in the spirit through her approach to this practice in a reverent but playful way. Emma is a member of COCC's LMT faculty and has a private Ayurvedic and bodywork practice, Ritual Wisdom (formerly Bend Ayurveda) where she works with students and clients to help reestablish balance while promoting new expansion from formerly conceived limitations. She approaches yoga and bodywork with a therapeutic view to help reformat previously held unsupportive habits of movement, breath and thought. Website: www.ritualwisdom.com
