With a Bachelor's degree in Business and an athletic background, I was naturally drawn to the health and wellness industry, where I found a deep passion for yoga.
Since 2010, I have focused on power vinyasa, ashtanga, alignment-based movement, posture correction, and holistic wellness, to support a balanced body and mind. I’ve had the honor of training elite athletes, including Olympic gold medalists, professional golfers, ballerinas, equestrians, martial artists, track and field athletes, Soccer teams and National Cricket squads. This journey has also allowed me to collaborate with different organizations and government bodies, expanding the reach of yoga’s benefits. I founded my Yoga Alliance-accredited school in the capital city of South Africa in 2016. Over the years, the business has expanded to Cape Town, Austin, and Cedar Park, Texas. To date, I have led yoga workshops across five continents, focusing on mobility, strength, healing, and recovery. Through the online platform, I offer unique classes for daily practice, teacher training, and continuing education programs, making the benefits of yoga accessible to everyone.
