Eric Avilés is a 200- RYT.
He studied under the guidance of Iraimer Ruiz of Sacred Movement Academy. As a newly certified yoga teacher passionate about accessibility and social justice, my mission is to bring the benefits of yoga to marginalized communities. I aim to create a welcoming space where individuals can experience yoga's transformative power. In addition to traditional yoga instruction, I'm excited to weave my background in theater and playwriting into my teaching. This fusion of theater and yoga adds a unique dimension to my creative practice. It serves as a unique avenue for personal expression and self-discovery. By integrating mindfulness and collaborative practices, I aspire to foster group connections to create a sense of unity and shared purpose.
