Eric began practicing yoga regularly in after taking a chance on accepting a new job in the midst of finishing a Masters Degree During a tumultuous time filled with new beginnings he established a regular practice in the basement of his in-laws house after work each day dusting off a Yoga app that he installed years earlier After months of slowly building a practice he found the courage to search for opportunities to deepen his knowledge with in-person instruction He began attending regular in-person classes in early and was elated to find an accepting supporting and welcoming community Some months after starting to attend these classes he was inspired to pursue teacher training by a strong desire to share the positive mental and physical shifts that he experienced within such a short time in yoga practice Eric enjoys leading practices with humor and heart while spreading a message of a return to intentionality and self acceptance When hes not on the mat or at his day job as an Electrical Engineer he can be found cooking reading glued to his PC playing games with friends or enjoying quality time with his wife and dog.
