My love of Yoga began in 2006 in Southern California and has been my passion ever since.
I completed my teacher training certification at Avalon Yoga International in Palo Alto, California in 2014. I can usually be found hiking the Huachucas, in the gym or at the studio. I provide both group and personal instruction in my hometown of Sierra Vista, Arizona (and surrounding areas).
